Epic Games: Fortnite Crew Subscription to Include All Battle Passes

11/20/2024
Epic Games has made a significant announcement regarding its popular game, Fortnite. The Fortnite Crew subscription, launched in December 2020 at a price of $11.99 per month, currently offers subscribers the Battle Royale battle pass, 1,000 V-bucks, exclusive outfits, and Rocket League's Rocket Pass Premium. However, starting from December 1, this subscription will expand to include the new Music Pass, which will replace the Festival Pass, and the Lego Pass as well, all at no additional cost. On the same date, the price of the Battle Royale battle pass will also increase by 50 V-Bucks, from 950 to 1,000. But it's important to note that the real money price of V-Bucks will remain the same, and players will still be able to earn V-Bucks through leveling the Battle Pass.

Epic's Plans for Fortnite's Pass Progression Systems

The company has recently announced plans to simplify Fortnite's pass progression systems. By December 1, all passes in Fortnite will progress simultaneously by earning XP from playing any experience, whether it's Battle Royale, Lego Fortnite, Rocket Racing, or Fortnite Festival. This change is expected to enhance the gaming experience for players and make it more accessible.

Return of Fortnite OG Mode

Popular throwback mode Fortnite OG is set to make a permanent return to the battle royale game next month. As Epic stated last week, "OG is coming BACK and is here to stay." Players will be able to relive Battle Royale from the start, explore the OG map, collect OG loot, and relive OG seasons. The return of Fortnite OG is highly anticipated by fans, as it brings back a nostalgic aspect of the game.

Current Season and Its End

Fortnite's current Season, Chapter 2 Remix, is set to run until November 30. This season has brought various updates and features to the game, keeping players engaged. As the season comes to an end, players are looking forward to what the future holds for Fortnite.
