This new season is mainly a promotional event for the upcoming Pokémon Go Unova Tour in Los Angeles, California, and Taipei, Taiwan. It's an opportunity for players to get up close and personal with some of their favorite Pokémon. Zekrom and Reshiram might make an appearance during raids, but the real star of the season is Sinistea. With few Galar Pokémon currently available in Pokémon Go, Sinistea taking center stage is a big deal. A new set of special research will kick off on Dec. 3, 2024, and while the rewards at the end remain a mystery, it's likely to be Sinistea-shaped.Pokémon in Eggs
In Pokémon Go Dual Destinies, players will have a chance to find shiny Basculin of the Blue and Red variety in Eggs. The location of hatching determines which one they get. If you're in the eastern hemisphere, you'll obtain Red Basculin, while in the western hemisphere, it's Blue Basculin. Another notable aspect is that during this season, you can get Charcadet from 10km eggs.Shadow Raids and Gigantimax Pokémon
The Regi-family of Pokémon receive the shadow treatment in five-star Shadow Raids. Regice, Registeel, and Regirock are included, but not Regigigas. These shadow Pokémon may also be shiny. Additionally, a new batch of Gigantimax Pokémon can be encountered during Max Battles. This season, it's Krabby, Machop, and Lapras.The Pokémon Go Dual Destinies season begins on Dec. 3, 2024, and will run through March 4, 2025. It's an exciting time for Pokémon Go players as they embark on this new adventure filled with new Pokémon encounters and challenges.
